REMARKS ON THE SUMMIT 

Born in Yokohama,Japan ,1940. Married.

Graduated from WASEDA University, Japan in 1963 majored in international economics.

Since April 2011 to date, Executive Managing Director, Institute for International Trade and Investment, Tokyo,Japan

2007—2010  Senior Advisor to the Minister of Trade and Industry of Egyptian Government for export promotion as well as Chief Advisor of the EEPC (Egyptian Export Promotion Center) Project of JICA( Japan International Cooperation Agency). 2006—2007,  Auditor of Japan Economic Foundation

1999—2003  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of El Salvador, Central America

1997-99 Vice-President of JETRO(Japan External Trade Organization)

Since entered JETRO in 1963 , having stationed as Chief Executive Director of JETRO in various countries as El Salvador CA, Brasil(Sao Paulo),Peru(Lima as Chief Executive Officer of actual Japan Bank for International Cooperation) and USA(Los Angeles),

experienced at JETRO head-office Director of Americas’ Division, Director of Research Planning Division, Director General of Overseas Research Department, Director General of Economic Information Department.

He wrote books and theses awarded as follows;

‘How to Enrich Inter-cultural Communication Skills”(1979),Japan

“The New Order of Europe and Japan’s Option” (co-author 1990),Japan

“How to Foster Internationally- Minded Company Staff “(Prime-Minister’s Award)
